Centuries ago the Waimea Plains were forged by the currents of the Wairau River, leaving in its wake a fertile land, so was born this beautiful place.

Weathered hands, like life lines, valleys and mountains are defined, upon the grape and seed, so does the seasonal harvest fall. Creating a past like a turning stone so does our life evolve.
